Physical Therapy Visit

Service Description

Evaluation includes a full physical screen assessing your strength, balance, ability to transfer in and out of bed, transferring in and out of the shower or bathtub, and ability to walk. We will then create a plan of exercise and any other interventions to help improve your abilities.
